Cause/Observation :
Caller alleges animal waste in stream due to cattle in and around
stream.
Action Taken:
Conducted investigation 06-20-2018. Sampled three sites which all
resulted in fecal coliform >12,000 col/100mL. Turbidity of 380.0 NTU
in stream between McGinnis and W.Sabastian properties.
DO<4.Omg/L at all three sampling sites. NOV written to Larry
McGinnis (Parcel #0605643) who reportedly grazes his cattle and/or
leases land to someone else who grazes cattle. NOV to Sebastians
who lease to McGinnis and to Joe Harper since his cattle have
access to stream.

2,640 linear feet of impact in UT Little Bugaboo Creek due due
animal waste and severe stream bank erosion caused by excessive
cattle activity in and around stream. The stream is the property line
between Larry McGinnis (Parcel #0605643), Joe Harper (Parcel
#0601176), William Sabastian (Parcel#0606658), and Jennifer
Sabastian Schwarz (Parcel #0606656) properties. Potential
violations of fecal coliform standard and confirmed violations of
dissolved oxygen and turbidity stream standards.
