Mr. Joshi;
I am currently working with Ard Koopman of Koopman Dairies (AWC760060) in Randolph county to update their
CNMP in preparation of applying for a federal NPDES permit. As this is a massive plan with hundreds of fields
spanning almost 2000 acres these updates, along with our other collateral assignments, will take some time. I cannot at

this moment offer an exact timeline to apletion only to say it is being workeras diligently as possible. As Mr.
Koopman has met with me on several .,.,,asions to provide data and inquire abc _ rogress I hope there will be no
penalties forthcoming as hezhas_ma2de a good faith effort to get the permit completed. Please let me know if you have
any questions or concerns about this project.
