Hi Joe,
As we discussed this morning, we had an issue submitting the Mav DMRs for the systems listed below. The change in
permit numbers to the NCGP 59XXXX created some confusion for the operator and the supervisor was unavailable. We
went to correct the issue yesterday morning and discovered the permits were now "expired" in the system. Tom was
very helpful and we were able to correct the issue this morning (see below).
I wanted to make you aware of the issue and apologize for the oversight. It is not customary for us to not submit eDMRs
on time and wanted you to be aware of the extenuating circumstances this month.
