On June 28, 2019 the Raleigh -Durham Airport Authority (Authority) received a Compliance Evaluation

The following is in response to the items listed in the CEI report.

Responsible Charge (bORC) on record for the system. On June 17, 2019 paperwork designating Mr.
Henderson as the Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) was submitted
Two Authority employees are slated to receive necessary training to become bORCs later this year.
The training is scheduled for October 2-4, 2019 at Carteret Community College.

is utilized for the pumping out of grease. Disposal manifests of grease removal are kept.
Maintenance and repairs of the grease interceptors are completed by the Authority. If repairs are
beyond the Authority's capability, then a vendor will be utilized. Maintenance and repair records are
kept on site.
Enforcement actions, stemming from Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) violations, are maintained with

4a. Lift Station #8 (LS-8), while manned daily by a tenant, did not have daily logs of service. Since
the inspection, Authority maintenance staff have visited, and will continue to visit, the site daily.
Additionally, steps are in place to reactivate the telemetry at the station.
The audible alarm was retested on June 11'h and is working. The alarm is tested daily, as part of the
site check, to ensure it is in working order.
