I haven't heard anything back from you since I left the voicemail stating that Ronnie Smith called the ditch onsite
out as non-jurisdictional. I'm checking in to see whether you need me to write an official response to your "request
for more information", so that you have something on file.
I just checked my file for a photo of the ditch if you wanted to see it, but I don't have one. It definitely didn't have
stream characteristics. If it had qualified as anything, it would have been closer to a wetland bottom rather than a
stream.
