In reference to deficiencies noted during the 20 June inspection and subsequent letter dated 2 July,
we offer the following response:
Item 12- The 24-hour contact is listed on the Spill Response Plan, and the Regional Office
information has been revised.
Item 13(a)i- Woodfield Lift Station- The audible/visual alarm has been repaired to activate in
conjunction with telemetry when activated by the floats.
Item 13(a)ii- Harbor Creek Lift Station- The posted sign has been replaced and the audible/visual
alarm has been repaired to activate in conjunction with telemetry when activated by the floats.
Item 13(a)iii- Country Club Lift Station- The posted sign has been replaced.
