The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Stedman Collection
System on 5/15/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCSD0537.
The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the
inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

All records were very well maintained and neatly organized. Collection system is mapped on GIS. Ordinances were
available for review. Spill response plan was thorough and available for review. Grease education is being properly
distributed and documented. System cleaning records were available. ROWs were maintained at the time of this
inspection. All,four pump stations were visited and appeared to be well maintained.
