The response will address items 7 and 9 from the letter and inspection performed by Mr. Cheng Zhang on May 16, 2019. Item 7) Response: The vent stack for the manhole has been repaired. (picture included) Item 9) Response: The City's Response Action Plan for SSO has been updated to reflect all the recent changes in personnel. Contact Monitors will be the primary interface between the COW and the State of North Carolina Division of Environmental Quality on all S.S.O. matters. IN CITIZEN'S YARD I . TiIl the area whenever possible. Apply lime, seed, and straw. 2. If not able to till, apply lime and two inches of topsoil and mix thoroughly. Lime again lightly, then seed and cover with straw. 6
