In July of 2015 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources began the review process of your
application for a No Exposure Certification regarding Armacell's Brooks Warehouse located at 708
Mattress Factory Road, Mebane, NC 27302. At this time, we are unable to locate a copy of the
application and any correspondence granting or denying the request. This was discovered in
attempt to close out any applications that still show as "in review".
If the facility is still owned by Armacell, LLC., please review your files and send a copy of the
application and any correspondence granting or denying the application. If you are unable to a
copy of these documents, and still own the facility please complete a new application (enclosed).
If you no longer own the facility, please complete a Rescission Request (enclosed).
