Thank you for raising your concerns in the July 12th email regarding your NCGO1 permit application for Chapel
Ridge —Lot 259. We recognize that individual reviewers have identified different issues with the submitted
permit application, and can understand your frustration with having to make multiple submissions to correct the
errors. Thanks to your email, we have talked through our review processes and are developing new protocols to
prevent this issue from occurring in the future.
Upon conferring with all of the application reviewers, we offer the following final comments on items that must
be resolved in order to process your permit application:
1. Part A, 15b: the correct index number should be 16-34-(0.7). This information can be found by clicking

2. Part D, 2: the correct project number, from the Chatham County Letter of Approval, should be 2019-

This will be the 4th time I will have submitted this application. Don't you think there is something wrong with your process
that an administrator who works with these applications and understands what is needed doesn't have the ability to make
insignificant modifications so that a person not familiar with this excessive administrative burden isn't frustrated trying to
do the right things? There is a reason people get disgusted with overbearing regulations. This is overwhelming!
