Good morning Elizabeth.
Attached please find Mr. Draovitch's letter regarding Delegated Authority for NCS000554 Buck Combined Cycle facility.
I have also attached the Permit Contacts report for this permit.
Mr. Henry Botkins is not listed as any type of contact for NCS000554.
I have been told that Paul Draovitch is supposed to be the "one" go to person (Owner Affiliation) for all the Duke Energy
permits.
The form sent would have me establish Mr. Eisenrieth as the Owner Affiliation. Also, Mark McGary shows as Owner
Affiliation for this particular permit, is this correct or should it be Paul Draovitch?
What Contact type should Mr. Eisenrieth be, the Permit Contact Person, or the Facility Contact Person?
