Here is an electronic copy of your permit. Can you do me a favor and let me know when you get your hard copy in the
mail? I sent out about 10 permits in the same day and it worried me you had not gotten yours yet.
Additionally, I have attached a blank inspection form so you are aware of what we look for if/when your facility is
inspected. This form matches with the components of the SWPPP detailed in the permit and other permitting
requirements. When everything is in order, inspections are really easy and painless!

Your signed permit was sent in the mail on Monday. It should be heading to your facility. I can send you a pdf if the
signed copy when I return to work on Monday, but your facility is officially covered under the NPDES permit no.

Did you finally get the "affidavit " you were waiting on from Anson County? Are there any other documents your
department needs?
We are getting extremely close to opening our plant for production (2 weeks). Please know that I hope or don't mean to
seem " pushy ".... I'm not, butjust following up, making sure I've done or doing all I should on our end?

I am out of the office today, but I can tell you that your permit should have been published in the Anson Record for
public comment on April 24t" and I am receiving public comments through May 24t". At the end of this period, once I get
the affidavit from the newspaper, we can issue your permit.

Hi David,
Here is your draft permit for your facility, permit no. NCS000595. Starting today (4/3/19), you will have a comment
period of 30 days and I will be able to answer questions and address any concerns.
The permit draft will also be sent to the Fayetteville Regional Office Stormwater Contact, who will be giving me their
comments simultaneously. The draft will be going through a public notice process during the same 30 days (approx.).
Once the public notice process ends, I will receive an affidavit. By this time your and the FRO Contact's comments should
have been addressed and the permit can be issued as soon as I have the affidavit.
