Dear Permit Holder:
On July 10'h, 2019, Brandon Wise, inspector with the North Carolina Department of
Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) — Division of Energy, Minerals, and Land Resources, met with Mr.
Motsinger and performed an inspection of the facility located at 389 Clyde Fitzgerald Road in Linwood.
The inspection consisted of a visual inspection of outdoor conditions to ensure the facility is still in
compliance with No -Exposure conditions. This inspection was performed as part of NCDEQ's goal to
inspect all permitted facilities.
Please note that the No -Exposure Certification has conditions that must be met at all times to
remain in compliance. All industrial activity is performed inside of the facility and is not subject to
stormwater. At the time of the inspection general housekeeping at the facility was good and no debris or
trash was observed at the facility. During the inspection construction was being performed inside of the
facility requiring some storage outdoors. Given the conditions of the area where materials were being
stored at the time of the inspection, it was observed that this was not a usual storage area. Large vertical
tanks were stored outside and showed no signs of leaking or bad housekeeping. Roll -offs at the facility
were covered, except the construction roll -off, and were in good condition.
Given the conditions of the facility during the inspection, NCDEQ considers this facility
Compliant with all the required conditions of No Exposure Certification: NCGNE0083. If you have any
