Send all suspicious email as an attachment to nc. ov Mrs. McCoy — I received an invoice for the annual permit fee for a Stormwater permit that was rescinded on April 10tn 2019. The attached document includes the invoice I just received and the letter from the NC DEQ dated April 10t", 2019 that states that permit NCG030633 was rescinded, effective immediately. The invoice details are: Permit Number: NCG030633 Invoice Number: 2019PR005676 Annual Fee Period: 01-Aug-2019 to 31-July-2020 Invoice Date: 2-July-2019 Due Date: 1-Aug-2019 Annual Fee: $100 Since the permit was rescinded on April 10th, 2019 I'm assuming that the invoice was sent to me by mistake, but I would really appreciate any help you can provide to determine whether or not the invoice I received is valid. Can you confirm that Dellner, Inc. should not have received the attached invoice and the amount due of $100 does not have to be paid? If so, what steps do I need to take to cancel the invoice? I don't want to just ignore the invoice because I don't want our account to have an unpaid invoice on file. If I need to contact someone else to cancel the invoice please let me know by providing their contact information. Thank you in advance for your help with resolving this matter. If you need any additional information please let me know and I will provide it to you as quickly as possible. If you would like to discuss this by phone I am available at the cell number listed below. The emails below are some of our correspondence from earlier this year when you were helping me with the process of rescinding the permit. Thanks! Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Suzanne — I submitted a rescission request form for a stormwater permit for Dellner Inc. about a month ago. The reason for the request is that Dellner Inc. moved to a new facility. When I filled out the form I used our new address instead of the old address associated with the permit. This caused some confusion because the permit, COC #NCG030633, was for our old address. The old address was: 8334-H Arrowridge Blvd Charlotte, NC 28273 Angela Lee and Matthew G. with NCDENR came to the new facility today and we discussed the permit. Mrs. Lee suggested that I resubmit the form with the old address that is associated with the permit that we no longer need. I have attached an electronic copy of the revised rescission form with the old address above. I have also mailed a hard copy of the form to the Stormwater Program address. I apologize for the confusion. I appreciate Angela and Matthew's help with getting this straightened out. Thanks!
