On August 4, 1998, I met with you at the subject property to conduct a site visit for the above
referenced project. This project is refenced by the Raleigh Regional Officed as NBR RRO-043 and
the Wetlands Group as 98-3917.
4 As a result of that site visit, it was determined that there are no streams present on the
property and that the feature present on this tract of land tract is an ephemeral/stormwater stream and
therefore not subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy;
Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233
(NCAC 0233).
