Dear Ms. Parrish:
A rescission request was recently received for Permits No. WQ0035020, issued October 6, 2010; WQ003625
issued July 8, 2013; WQ0036691, issued August 15, 2013; and WQ0037241, issued July 14, 2014. Staff from
the Division of Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in
accordance with your request, Sewer Extension Permits No. WQ0035020, WQ003625, WQ0036691, and
WQ0037241 are rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non -discharge system, you must first apply for and receive a
new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non -discharge system without a valid Wastewater
Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per day.
