To Whom It May Concern:
In accordance with the provisions of Part 1 Section A.(5.)(b.) of the Association's NPDES permit
NCC000003,the Haw River Nutrient Compliance Association hereby notifies the Division of Water
Resources of a membership change effective January 1, 2020.The City of Burlington has expressed their
request to join the association in calendar year 2020 and the association board approved this request at
a special meeting held in June of 2019.
The association respectfully requests the Division of Water Resources revise the association's permit
and the TP allocations/limits in Appendix A to reflect the addition of the city of Burlington's Eastside
and Southside water reclamation facilities.
