INTENT TO ISSUE THE FOLLOWING
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS
Public comment or objection to the draft permits is invited. Submit writ-
ten comments to DEMLR at the address below. All comments received
through Friday, May 10, 2019 will be considered in the final determination
regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.
Applications: The following facility has applied for renewal of their NPDES
permits to discharge stormwater from their location in Cabarrus County.
• Heritage -Crystal Clean, LLC; Hydrocarbon Recovery Services, Inc - Con-
cord Facility, 2115 Speedrail Court, Concord, NC. The facility discharges
to Coddle Creek in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. Permit No.
NCS000390.
