Owner requested follow up visit to address concerns with what appears to be wastewater surfacing in
a shallow ditch he dug in his back yard (-1' deep) and then downgradient another 20' or so at grade
level. This is apparently a new problem that he hasn't experienced in the past. Advised him to backfill
his excavation and give it time to resettle to see if the problem clears up.
