As such there are 2 Fast -Track Applications (FTA 04-16) attached — one application is for a modification to the existing permit for the public sewer to be owned/operated by Durham County and one application for the private sewer to be owned/operated by LC Brier Creek, LLC. The total linear footage of 8" sanitary sewer in the existing permit is 4,249 linear feet. This modification request will result in the 2 separate permits summarized below: Public Permit modification of existing permit) • 2,508 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer (4,249 permitted under WQC0040269) Private Permit (new permit) • 2,132 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer (includes additional 39I linear feet) This modification request will also result in an overall increase in the total The John R. Both applications show 0 GPD of flow. When we issue the two new permits, one of the permits will need to include the flow, since the modified permit will completely replace the existing permit. Should the flow be associated with the public or private line? I assume the public, since that's where it initially was. Please confirm. Thanks, Jason ------------ Jason T. Robinson, P.E.
