Good afternoon Suzanne. I'm sorry, I think we might has misinterpreted your email. Our understanding was that this was
a certificate of coverage and the actual permit was pending until the original application was received. We mailed the

original submission on the same day as the electronic submission. Has the original been received? Does the certificate of
coverage serve as the permit?

I am contacting you in reference to the NCG010000 NCPDES General Storm water Permit Submitted by our team on May
24, 2019. We have yet to receive conformation on our NOI and I am hoping to check on the status of the
application. Below I have listed both the application number as well as the project tracking identification. This is an Express
review project so I was under the assumption that the process should only take around 10 days to complete. Thank you for
