Yes, thank you. The second one is correct and the buffers remain the same.
I just talked to Franklin Co. They said this neighborhood predates any stormwater plan requirements. He said the new
lots would be included. This is Jason from Franklin Co. He has given me an email of their engineer to see what his
thoughts are. Honestly, I feel like no one knows the answer and I am given the run around.

Julie,
Now that plans have been revised per ACE recommendations when do you expect them to issue permit
to start construction of crossing. Do we just copy Franklin Cty soil erosion with states approval or do we
still need their approval and permit?
