In view of findings of this inspection the City is doing a good job of operating, maintaing and reinvesting in their system and
maintaining compliance with permit requirements. However, work needs to be done by repairing vent pipes at manholes and
one manhole needs rehab due to a leak. Please inspect manholes for leaks and conduct repairs as necessary.

A sink hole was noted adjacent to a manhole on this outfall which needs to be evaluated and
conduct a point repair and backfill. The outfall had recently been mowed and the 2 aerials at this
location were ok.
