Inspection Date: 06/05/2019 Inspection Type : Collection System Inspect Non Sampling Reason for Visit: Routine
Inspection Summary:
All records and log books were available upon request and neatly organized. CIP, permit, sewer use ordinance, spill
response plan and sewer system map were avaible for review during the inspection. Grease education materials were being
distributed but permittee should ensure that materials are distributed to all sewer useres on the system. Line cleaning and
inspections of high priority lines were being properly conducted and documented. Right of ways were maintained.
Permittee plans to begin conducting all right of way clearing in house. Five pump stations were visited during this
inspection. The audible/visual alarms at the Don Steed pump station were not working. The generator at the Scurlock pump
station was not working. The permittee notified DWR on June 11, 2019 that these deficiencies had beed corrected.
