Thank you for your patience with the network issues that are affecting the e-NCI form and many of our other digital
systems in DEQ.
This email serves as a temporary reprieve from the permit requirement on Page 1 of the NCG01 Permit that does not
allow you to commence the construction activity until after receipt of your Certificate of Coverage (COC). Please retain a
copy of this email on site until you receive your COC through our digital process.
After DEQ's network is restored, I will send you an email and request that you submit an a-NOI form for this project
within 72 business hours to receive you COC.

Good morning. As discussed, since the E-NOI website is experiencing networking issues I have attached our plan
approval letter from NCDEQ so that you can send us an email stating we can begin construction. We understand that we
are still required to complete the E-NOI once the link is working to receive our Certificate of Coverage.
