Hi Shahn,
I'm reviewing the e-NOI submitted for Courtyard Cary and everything looks good, except the wrong document was
submitted for Part D5, E&SC Plan Approval. If you would please email me the correct letter of approval from the Town
of Cary, I can approve your submission, otherwise I will have to reject it. The E&SC plan approval letter should list the
number of acres approved for disturbance and have the project#/ID that you put in Part D2.Please let me know if you
have any questions.
