The 2.35 acres is correct. I believe our staff rounded to 3.0 acres on the original application to match the payment
amount.

I am reviewing your application for a construction stormwater COC for this project on Jefferson Davis
Highway in Raleigh. The eNO1 indicates there will be 2.35 acres of disturbance, but the E&SC approval
letter says 3.0 acres. Why is there a discrepancy? Was there a revision, or was this a mistake? I will
hold the application in the queue until the end of the day today.
