These are a couple of lab results I received from the Eco-Energy facility in Selma who store fuel in huge tanks for
disbursement. These samples come from a basin that is feed from an underground secondary containment vault,
situated under their fuel freight cars on the RR tracks. I inspected the site for a NE request and asked if they would
provide these samples. I would like your feedback concerning the issuance of an approval/denial of the NE with
consideration of these results. The containment sits under the RR tracks so I expected there would be a hit on the oil &
grease but I would like your thoughts on whether you would consider an approval with these sample results. Thanks

Attached you will find the lab results for COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) for the water sample pulled from EEDS Selma.
We are still waiting on the results for Non -Polar Oil & Grease. I'm told those will be returned in about a week and a half.
Apparently, the lab is small and a little backlogged.
I appreciate your patience while we get this tested.
