Beltway Logistics Park, LLC is a wholly owned by McCraney Property Company and Steve McCraney is the Manager. The
property is being transferred to this LLC so our intention was to get the property owner and permittee to line up. We
had not formed the new LLC when the initial application was made.
Does that make sense?

We received the eNO1 for this project today, and I am reviewing it. Dave Williams is listed as the permittee (same
person as on the FRO form), but Steven McCraney signed all certifications and listed a different company— not
McCraney Property Company, but instead Beltway Logistics Park, LLC. On the FRO form you sent, he signed as
President/CEO of McCraney Property Company. Normally we would reject an application with this kind of discrepancy
because the signee must be an authorized individual within the some organization as the permittee. Did something
change with Steven's company name or affiliation since the E&SC application was originally submitted?

systems in DEQ.
This email serves as a temporary reprieve from the permit requirement on Page 1 of the NCG01 Permit that does not
allow you to commence the construction activity until after receipt of your Certificate of Coverage (COC). Please retain a
copy of this email on site until you receive your COC through our digital process.
After DEQ's network is restored, I will send you an email and request that you submit an a-NOI form for this project
within 72 business hours to receive you COC.

Thank you for your help in working with us through this while the system is down. Please find attached the Letter of
Approval for grading and erosion control for the Beltway Logistics Center in Charlotte. Also attached is the FRO if you
needed a copy on record of the party financially responsible for land disturbing activity.
Let me know if you need anything else and we'll submit the eNO1 when the system is back up and running.
