Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. There have been no enforcements since
the last permit renewal in 2014. The only violation was in 2015 for failure to register for eDMR, which
proceeded to NOV. No instream monitoring is present.
Corrections were made to the current permit to reflect the system as consisting of a single aerated sludge
digester (instead of dual), and system not containing an influent lift station as the precious permit
reflects. This facility has done well in the past five years, with no issues or documentation of necessary
inspections or site visits
