Also, I reviewed the PCN and application for Shoal Falls Farm today. They are AGAIN proposing Priority 2 restoration for
the lower reach of Shaol Creek,contrqadicting what they proposed in the mitigation portion of the IP for the Cliffs. I
busted them on it.
