Data Review -- Reviewed BIMS data from 2014 through present. Several limit violations in 2014 & 2015 for
daily maximum exceeded and monthly average for BOD and Total Chlorine; permit conditions violations in
2015 & 2017 for data records and permit. All proceeded to NOVs.
This facility has done quite well since it's last renewal, and has undergone no changes except minor
component changes including three aeration basins (instead of two), and three secondary clarifiers (instead of
two).
