I just wanted to follow up with you on this. We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing the submittal. DEQ had
serious network issues the past week, and several applications could not be reviewed. I wanted to make sure I clarified
that this was not a rejection because of no payment— we simply identified the errors with the eNCI at a second step we
will use to verify fees when those kick in.
I've copied Zach Lentz at the regional office so he is aware that you will need to provide confirmation of acres approved
for disturbance in the documentation uploaded when you resubmit. He can either provide a revised letter or simply an
email confirmation the acres to be disturbed for this project. Please also verify the latitude and longitude — it appeared
there was a typo in the latitude (30.0807) — it should probably be 36.0807 based on the street location in
Greensboro. You will have to re -submit another NOI for us to issue a COC.

This email is to notify you that your Notice of Intent (NOI) was not processed because payment was not received (if
applicable) or because of the following reason:
We apologize for not processing the eNO1 sooner; DEQ experienced severe network interruption since 5/24, and we
could not process the application. *This is not a rejection based on payment* Other errors were found: Part A.#7 was
not the correct latitude for the location; it should probably be 36 instead of 30 degrees. Also, the E&SC approval letter
did not include the approved acres. Please contact Zachary Lentz for a revised letter or email confirmation and resubmit
an eNO1.
