We have received the attached electronic Notice of Intent (e-NOI) form and supporting documents for The Cove at
Mackintosh. The application is complete and correct, thank you for providing a high quality submittal.
Our plan is to email your Certificate of Coverage (COC) under the Construction General Permit as soon as
possible. However, our Department is currently experiencing a significant network issue that is affecting our databases
and some of our electronic applications such as this one. We hope that the problem will be resolved quickly.
In the meantime, you can consider this email as an approval of your application and, as such, you may commence land -
disturbing activities on this project per the approved Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan in the interim. Please
retain a copy of this email on your site to serve as an interim COC.
