Per our previous submittal, Lawrence Homes, Inc. is proposing a 183-lot single family subdivision comprising approximately 49.16 acres. The site is located northwest of Youngsville on NC HWY 96 on Franklin County Parcel ID Nos. 1843-58-7148 and 1843-57-2964. The project will be constructed in four phases. This submittal package is for the first phase only which is comprised of 50 lots. NCDEQ had previously reviewed and approved the Phase 1 wastewater collection permit on September 28, 2018 under permit number WQ0040316; however, due to hardships in obtaining the necessary utility easements for the original sewer outfall design, a newly proposed outfall alignment has been proposed As before, since this project lies in Franklin County's jurisdiction, we have utilized the agreed upon wastewater design flow rate of 250 gallons per day per lot. Thus, the total wastewater flow generated by this project is expected to be 12.500 gallons per day (GPD). This revised first phase sewer system consists of 19 proposed public 4' diameter manholes and 7 proposed public 5' diameter manholes, 2.890 feet of 8-inch SDR35 PVC and 524 feet of 8-inch CL350 DIP_ As noted in the application, there are three locations in which the proposed sewer does not meet the required 24" of separation from storm sewers. In those three locations concrete cradles have been proposed at the crossing point and the proposed sewer materials are specified as 8-inch CL350 DIP. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. Sincerely, Christopher A. Lewis, PE Principal 919.802.7146 clewis@flmengineering_ cam ....2019 F1-M Engineering, Inc.
