Below is a point by point response to your comments: 1. A revised application has been completed with the applicant certification signed. A copy of the revised application is included with the resubmittal. 2. The cisterns (including the large systems below the parking area) would collect water to be reused for golf course maintenance purposes including mixing for chemicals, irrigation, etc. This would be a seasonal use. Water may also be used in the winter to create a salt brine mix for treating roadways during winter storm events. Since both of these uses cannot be quantified, passive drawdowns or releases have been provided. Water in the underground cisterns would be accessed via manholes at the control structures with portable pump systems. 3. A USGS map with the project located noted has been included with the resubmittal. 4. A signed and sealed copy of the supplement EZ form has been included with the resubmittal. 5. The bioretention cell design has been modified to provide sod as ground cover rather than mulch. 6. For bioretention cell #6, a curb has been provided to direct runoff from the existing BUA away from the cell. 7. Supplemental geotechnical information is included with this resubmittal. This shows the seasonal high-water table will be at least 2' below the bottom of the cells. 8. The "Fuel Area" will be an enclosed fueling station for the golf maintenance vehicles. Fuel will be housed in above ground tanks, and a spill containment wall will be provided around the tanks.
