While reviewing NOI NCG030699 - Rheinfield Americas, I noticed question 12 was marked yes for the facility having a
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, yet "when it was implemented" was left blank.
You can just provide me with the date the SPPP was implemented, I can fill it in. If question 12 was incorrectly marked
yes, then please reply to this email with a corrected NOI page 3 of 4, as an attachment.
