Alaina,
I am writing to summarize our earlier conversation and provide additional information. Summerdale North is
6.67 disturbed acres according to our records. We round up to the full acre for our fee, so for fee purposes it
would have been listed as 7. The subdivision approval letter that you received is our letter to the applicant
letting them know that they have met the requirements of our Subdivision Ordinance which includes
Sediment and Erosion Control, as well as, Stormwater.
