The assistance of Michael Matthews with this inspection was appreciated. Below is a list of findings developed from the inspection and review of the permit. 1. The permit was reissued, became effective February 1, 2014 and will expire January 31, 2022. Basinwide Information Management Systems (BIMS) list the collection system as a Class — 2 collection system with Michael Matthews as the grade — 3 Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) and William Cobb as the grade — 2 back-up ORC. 2. The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the Town of Princeville is included in the Edgecombe County's CIP. The CIP covers up to the year 2023. For fiscal year 2019- 2020, grant and loan money has been approved for reduction of Inflow Infiltration for the Princeville collection system, replacing two gravity sewer lines, and rehabilitation of all pump stations. Bidding will take place in 2019. 3. According to the permit, the amount of gravity sewer in the collection system is 12.7 miles or 67,056 feet. A partial list of the amount of line cleaned in 2018-2019 is kept up to date. Mr. Matthews explained that they use a map to mark the amount of line clean. Please begin to keep a total amount of line cleaned during a year. 4. Michael Matthews is coordinator of the Fats, Oil, and Grease (FOG) program. Education materials on proper grease disposal are mailed out at least once a year to certain establishments. There has been no enforcement action taken for the year. 5. There have been no Sanitary Sewer Overflows for the review period June 2017 — May 14, 2019. 6. There are 9 pump stations in the collection system. All pump stations have restricted access, contact information signage, audible/visual alarms, and on -site generators, The FEMA #1 pump station is currently off line. All pump stations are visited daily. Pump stations inspected were Freedom Hill, FEMA #2, Church Street, and Carney.
