There are no past or present records showing that the Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan has been implemented. Analytical and qualitative records
were not available for the inspection. Ideally a minimum of eight (8) to ten
(10) analytical and qualitative samples are needed to support the assertion
of similar or less stormwater pollution potential in the sub -drainage areas
to be represented. When evidence supports ROS after eight (8) to ten (10)
analytical and qualitative sample events, they may request ROS
consideration from the specific Regional office.

Question
Why Fact Sheet NPDES Stormwater Permit is different than
Draft permit. It should be the same number. The draft
permit shows NCS000571 and Fact sheets shows
NCS000574.
The comments for the Dan River Combined Cycle Station are:
We can add a stipulation that they can apply whenever they are ready for
decommissioning.
