The corn was not planted this year. This farm only has a 326 lb. deficit. Without the corn planted causes a surplus of nitrogen. The waste plan needs to be revised for a summer annual so the farm will have a deficit. This farm will be referred to DWQ because of the crop situation and the farm is permitted. Make sure to put the air quality rules in place. Rules were effective as of 6-1-99. 3123199
