I reviewed RES's responses to DWRs comments. I can agree with all of them except I am holding on the 12% wetland
saturation performance criterion for wetland B, as I stated, that call was based on the soils report and your gauge data.
I will proceed with the 401 once I get an email from you confirming you accept our position on the above matter.
