• All city specifications are online.
• Engineered As-Builts are required prior to a CO being issued.
• New Plat required for a CO to be issued.
• The city does not issued TCO's. Only CO's will be issued.
• No special conditions discussed.
• Ethan Faulkerner, Development Inspector, requires 24hr notice prior to inspections.
• Traffic Control is a big issue for the town. They don't want any vehicles or debris in the
streets.
• An onsite pre -con is required prior to Utility work beginning.
• Jeff Peters is the erosion control inspector.
• You must go online to get the storm water permit NCGO1 (information included in the
packet).
• The fire lane must have a city inspected proof roll prior to finishing.
• A particular water meter vault is required — allow enough lead time to get it.
• Violations will be issued if there is a potential of site, storm water pollution. An incident is
necessary, only the potential of an incident.
