I just spoke with Joe Dupree there and he said it was approved for 6.0 acres.
I will ask Bill D and Sally C to include the acres of disturbance on the E&SC plan approval letters going forward.

Annette,
I have an express NCG01 NOI submittal that uploaded an approval letter from Sally Castle at the RRO, but she is out
through 5/22. The letter did not include the number of acres to be disturbed for this project (entered as 5.70 by the
applicant), maybe because it was a revision to an earlier approval. Bill Denton is also out today. If I cannot verify the
acreage, I will have to reject it and have them get a revised letter, but it could cause a delay on their project. Their
estimated start date is 5/20. What do you advise?
