The site conditions are 2-1ane pave primary road with 2 barrel pipe crossing in UT Middle Fork French Broad River. General land use is rural forested residential.

The purpose of the work was to perform maintenance by replacing two worn-out drainage pipes in a stream.

The stream was devatered above the work with a pump -around and a trackhoe used to extract the road fill and old pipes. Then the now pipes were placed and backfill, road surface,
and headwalls constructed.
