Inspection Summary:
Beverly Price and I (Daniel Boss) met with Aubrey Deaver for an inspection of the High Vista Falls Collection System on
April 18, 2019. Mr. Deaver was completely unprepared for the inspection. He had no means of opening any manholes,
nobody he could call on to assist with that task, and none of the required documentation for the deemed collection system.
We are scheduling a follow up inspection in the next few weeks in the hopes that he will be better prepared.
