Thank you, Mike. The modifications seem fine, however, due to the seep reroute we have decided to
delay removing SWO15 from the ISW permit. We will be in contact when and if we decide to have
this outfall permitted as a wastewater outfall. Thanks again.

Please review the modifications in the attached version.
I've modified the language for outfalls SWO11 and SW012. I'm deleting SWO15 from the Individual
Stormwater permit NCS000546.

Ross,
The SWO15 should be included in an application update (wastewater). At this time, you can handle it
as you handle other seeps.
Thank you!

Sergei,
See the attached aerial photo from Google Earth. Based on this and the information provided earlier,
should SWO15 be included in a wastewater application update? If so, how will SWO15 be handled in
the meantime?

Ross,
I could not find the S-10 on the attached map. Can you provide a better description of its location in
relation to other seeps?
According to the description, SW-015 should be claimed as a wastewater outfall.
Thank you!

Sergei,
The French drain seepage of S-10 is related to a cell in the active ash basin (see attachments) and
eventually flows into the drainage canal of SWO15.

Sergei,
Recently we updated the Allen application to include S-10. Do we need to claim stormwater outfall
SWO15 as a wastewater outfall in an application update as well?

Any discharge that contains waste water (i.e., seeps) will need to be covered under the wastewater
permit.

Mike,
Per our conversation, we will be investigating and attempting to sample the French drain (in red)
outfall into the drainage system (in blue) of outfall SWO15 at Allen Steam Station. This was
discovered during an investigation of a new area of wetness (S-10) near cell 1 of the active ash basin.
We will follow up with you when results are received if sampling is possible. Please let me know if
you have any comments or questions.
