Dear Mr. Davidson,
This letter is in response to the above NOVs dated May 1, 2019 and received by James & James on or
about May 9, 2019_ The violations were for the months of December 2018, February 2019 and March
2019.
The Discharge Monitoring Reports were inadvertently missed being submitted due to this being a seasonal
facility. However, this facility was visited by the ORC during the aforementioned months with
documentation available if needed. The missing Discharge Monitoring Reports were submitted earlier
today.
We would appreciate consideration of any assessments.
