Silver and mercury — both seemed to be paper over allocations due to differences in detection levels and uncontrollable loading. 45. If yes to #44, What is being done to address the over allocations? However, no NOV was sent for the low pH of 2.28. Both NOVs that POTW sent last year were for BOD (1 in each 6 month period). The grab pH should have been used to judge compliance.
