Yesterday I was onsite at Mayo Station and looked at the new SW outfall 002 we recently added. The sampling location I
provided you is about 500 yards from Bowes Branch and another large stormwater culvert intersects the flow path of
002. 1 have attached pictures for reference. I think in order to sample this discharge before it is diluted by other flows
that I need to sample closer to the stormwater discharge riser pipe. I have attached a picture of the stormwater
discharge riser pipe for 002 surrounded by riprap (113022), the other stormwater culvert drains under the railroad
tracks North toward Bowes Branch (this drains a large wooded area with no industrial activity or buildings/etc. picture
111409), and the long earthen ditch the flow from outfall 002 would have to travel (picture 1453) to get to Bowes
Branch. I left you a voicemail on this issue this afternoon. I'll be in the office tomorrow and Friday if you would have
some time to discuss. Thank you.

Do you have a latitude and longitude coordinate for this new proposed outfall? I need to add that to our BIMS database
for this modification. It can be approximate.
